Anxiety attacks: are you a victim of your own apprehension?
The stress in the life of a person can change the entire way of thoughts and health. The matter of cancer and deep worry is effect of this anxiety on the physical health also. A lot of times people tend to neglect the thoughts and there is a load in the mind that can cause serious tensions where the mental health is concerned. The best solution for this problem is self-stress management by using the techniques like breathing skills and relaxation techniques. The seemingly small worries that bother us little by little are accumulated and they need to be taken out. If the caution is not taken then it is very difficult for the patient to escape from the physical disorders also.

Symptoms of the anxiety attacks:
The major problem tends to arise with the heart as the stress as there is a connection of the nervous system. The heartbeat of the patient is not in the regularized manner and there is a problem of palpitation along with it. A patient suffering from this disorder can face the problem of cold fingers and numbness of the hands. Other symptoms include dryness of the mouth, difficulty in the swallowing of the food and gastric problems like diarrhea or constipation. Due to the problem in the nervous system there are problems like insomnia fatigue and poor concentration. In some cases there is a problem in the respiratory tract that can lead to severe problems further. If these symptoms persist then and if they are neglected then the final result could be an anxiety attack.

Types of disorders:
The attacks that occur out of fear are panic disorders, like the feeling of having a heart attack. Many people have a fear of exposure in public and people fear the social implications and try their best to avoid them. If a person has witnessed an event that has left a major impact on the mind of the person then the event might trouble the person by the means of dreams and imaginations leading to a mental turmoil. Some people face problems of phobias that can be termed as the initial stage for the anxiety attack. There are many types of situations and places that can relate to a bad memory of the person resulting ultimately to an attack and hence one has to be cautious.
